Job Title: Land Planner
Description
As a Land Planner at Menadier Engineering, you will play a key role in shaping land development projects from concept to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop site plans, master plans, and land-use studies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct research on zoning codes, ordinances, and land-use regulations to ensure project feasibility.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and exhibits for public hearings, client consultations, and regulatory submissions.
- Utilize GIS, AutoCAD, and other planning software to develop maps, diagrams, and planning documents.

Requirements
