The Production Team Member role is a critical position in our manufacturing environment. This individual will work efficiently and safely to ensure that guest expectations are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Forklift operation: Load material in the warehouse, yard, and onto outgoing trucks.
• Manual labor: Perform various types of manual labor as required by the type of plant.
• Assembly: Assemble doors, trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs.
• Equipment operation: Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous forklift training, licensing, or certification is preferred
Physical Demands:
Some bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
