At {company}, we are seeking a Production Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for working efficiently, in a safe manner, and maintaining high quality standards to meet guest expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Loading materials in the warehouse, yard, and onto outgoing trucks.
- Scanning products into the computer system and using it to pick orders.
Machines Operation Roles:
- Learn machine controls to ensure proper product assembly or production.
- Use pneumatic guns, automatic banders, and ID label application.
- Perform corrective actions to maintain quality products.
- Communicate with incoming shifts about issues and facility operations.
- Take proactive measures to report potential equipment problems to management.
Assembly Positions:
- Manual labor tasks based on plant needs.
- Assemble doors, trusses, kits, and other items.
- Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work with others.
Physical Demands:
- Forklift positions: Some bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Machine operation positions: Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.
- Previous production, manufacturing, or pneumatic tool experience is preferred.
