POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment. A qualified candidate must be available for 4 10 hour shifts Monday – Friday.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs to semi- trailers.
- Diagnose problems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Perform accurate and timely repairs.
- Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Some sort of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technician degree
- Provide their own tools
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask
- Parts knowledge
- Must be able to take direction from management
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to lift 40lbs. occasionally
