About The Opportunity
Ensure all mold and tooling preparation, design and repairs are promptly addressed to maintain a continuous operation and to conform to all tooling and product specifications.2/2/3 Schedule
12 hour shift
A Shift 7a-7p
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Interpret blueprints and tool drawings/designs and implement engineering changes on molds and tools.
2. Troubleshoot, solve and perform mold and tooling repairs and retrofit work.
3. Repair hot runners systems, valve operated gating systems, water leaks, damages, etc.
4. Perform mold repair and troubleshooting activities in the press during production runs.
5. Perform regular mold preventive maintenance activities.
6. Understanding of insert and version changes on molds.
7. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are
required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job,
proper training techniques must be followed).
8. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience
