As a Tree Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage workers, and ensure high-quality tree services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and train laborers, arborists and heavy-equipment operators.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for business growth.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new employees.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
