About the Role : As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with customers primarily via phone, messaging, and email. Your role will involve :
- Providing exceptional customer service by handling incoming and outbound calls, emails, and messages.
- Assisting customers with instrumental rentals, repairs, and lessons.
- Helping musicians, parents, and teachers find the instruments, musical supplies, and sheet music they need.
