About the Role : As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees regarding product orders and proposals. You will also update products and listings on our ShopMenchey site. Your role will involve :
- Managing online shopping platforms, ensuring product availability and order fulfillment.
- Communicating with customers to address order issues and using your musical expertise to suggest alternative solutions.
- Serving as the go-to contact for pricing inquiries from teachers, customers, and employees.
- Supporting school service and rental operations by creating proposals and coordinating delivery schedules.
This position is full-time hourly, with flexible shifts Monday - Friday and seasonal opportunities for overtime.
