Responsibilities Include:
- Making Arrangements (training provided)
- Wrapping Arrangements
- Cutting Fruit
- Dipping Chocolate
- Answering Phones
- Dealing with customer satisfaction issues & actively upselling
You should be:
- Detail-oriented, a quick learner
- Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens
- Able to work alone or in a group setting
- Responsible, honest, possess a high level of communication
- Excited about our product, articulate
- Self Starter
- Cash handling
- Manage your time/prioritize
- Be able to multi-task
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- If hired, you will be required to work holidays and the days leading up to the holidays (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day etc), plus other Hallmark Holidays.
- Flexible schedules are a plus!!
