What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Mend Join Make - MJM?
We’re ready to add an organized, relational Account Manager to our team. The person in this role will support our Account Executives in the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns.
The Account Manager is responsible for keeping all campaigns on time and on budget, taking care to maintain high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Develop project timelines
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with internal creative, media planning, and production teams to ensure successful campaign development and delivery
- Provide updates to Account Executive
- Monitor campaign performance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and files
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Client Communications
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Prepare client reports and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a focus on project coordination and account management
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and social media platforms is preferred
