The Recovery Site Manager is a critical part of the Mended Reeds Recovery Program. Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the site manager is responsible for supervising daily operations and providing programs and services in accordance with state and agency regulations. This role encompasses ensuring that daily needs are met and for all clients and that a therapeutic atmosphere is maintained. This role involves management and supervisory skills including leadership, problem solving, communication and employee recognition and discipline.
- Oversees operations of specific recovery site. This includes performing and supervising duties of CDCA and house monitors
o -Site managers may be asked to provide backup support to other site managers
- Oversees staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage in a cost effective manner and managing call-offs
- Maintains daily Program Schedule under direction of the Clinical Director
- Participates in and oversees weekly treatment team meetings under the direction of Clinical Supervisors
- Oversees ordering and inventory and ensuring that items are being utilized appropriately
- Performs Job Performance Reviews for site staff
- Maintains Mended Reeds Properties through regular inspection and communication with administrative office
- Administrative reporting including but not limited to incident reports, safety checks, fire alarm drills, vehicle maintenance, and verification of time sheets
- Assurance of timely staff documentation including scores and progress notes
- Maintains active communication with nursing staff regarding medical and medication needs
- Provides problem solving and de-escalation throughout the program including responding to unusual incidents
- Overseeing adequate training of new staff
- Meet 20% productivity goal
- Other Duties as assigned
- Reports problems with any of the above duties directly to AoD Program Manager
Qualifications
~ Must have high school diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
~ Valid driver’s license
~ Available to be on-call after hours and weekends. Expected to be on-site during “non-business hours” at least 3 times per week.
