Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees client assessments, care planning, and ensures compliance with all home care regulations. The Nurse Manager also leads continuous quality improvement efforts, evaluates CNA performance, and fosters a culture of excellence in customer service. Additionally, the role collaborates with management to optimize scheduling and staffing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Provide a positive and informative first impression to all prospective clients and their families.
- Coordinate all home care services and perform initial assessment of current and prospective clients.
- Supervise the implementation, coordination, maintenance, evaluation and termination of care plans and services.
- Ensures that Menders by Lenbrook is in full compliance with all appropriate local and state rules and regulations.
- Supervise services provided by Menders by Lenbrook through the completion of on-site client visits, and participation in personnel evaluations.
- Monitor and review client satisfaction surveys to assure customer satisfaction.
- Ensures orientation of new CNAs and in-service educational programs are appropriate.
- Review and maintain client care records prepared by CNAs.
- Conducts regular scheduled in-service education programs.
- Collaborate with Scheduling as needed to ensure staffing needs are satisfied.
- Promote excellent customer services to create a positive work environment.
- Assumes on-call responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:
- Current State of Georgia Registered Nursing license
- Good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing
- Minimum 5 years experience in geriatrics/long-term care
- 3-5 years leadership experience
- 1-3 years marketing experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- Current driver's license
