Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructors to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct group fitness classes including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, Zumba, other non-heated classes, etc.
- Develop and implement effective workout plans based on anatomy and physiology knowledge.
- Monitor participants during workouts to ensure proper form and safety.
- Offer guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices as part of overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client experience.
- Optional marketing on social media for possible bonuses!
Experience
- Previous experience in group fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for creating safe and effective programs.
- Experience in sports coaching or health club environments is a plus.
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week
