Mendocino Coast Clinics is seeking a skilled Addiction Recovery Coach to join our team in the MAT Program. As an Addiction Recovery Coach, you will work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide education on community resources and programs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with the MAT Team to provide comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date on community resources and programs to make informed referrals
Requirements
- A current and active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist in California
- Recent experience in a Behavioral Health setting
- Demonstrated experience in SUD/OUD preferred
