Duties Include :
- Utilizes a thorough understanding of the dynamic nature of MCHC's Strategic Plan and OKRs to identify new opportunities.
- Gathering and assessing market data to make viability recommendations.
- Create funding strategies including grants and fundraising, revenue maximization, tax credits, loans and more.
- Utilizes excellent communication skills verbally and in writing to build and develop key relationships in the community and within MCHC. Works in a collegial team style with team members including grant writers and finance colleagues.
- Leads the project team to secure appropriate resources and delegates work appropriately.
- Ensures project administrative duties are completed appropriately.
- Ensures that projects stay on track and meets designated timelines.
- Partners with stakeholders and project team members to drive communications and change management
- activities for each project deliverable.
Benefit Package :
The starting salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
