Description
MCHC's Hillside Health Center is seeking a highly committed and quality-driven individual for the multifunctional role of PSR Supervisor. This role ensures the highest standards of customer service and patient care while supporting all clinic-wide departmental goals in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Direct work processes and make key management decisions in the absence of the department manager.
- Supervise 13 PSRs across Hillside Main, Hillside Pediatrics, and Dora A & B.
- Support the standardization of workflows for all sites in coordination with operations managers and billing.
- Provide direct supervision of all PSRs, including managing staff schedules, break and lunch relief, and tracking productivity / error rates and work queues.
- Travels to other site locations on a regular basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
