This is a full-time remote role for an Advance Practice Provider at Mendota Health. The provider will be responsible for managing the wound program, performing treatments on-site in long-term care facilities and home settings, ensuring timely documentation, and implementing advanced wound care treatments.
- Medicine, Primary Care, and Critical Care Medicine skills
- Experience in Emergency Medicine and with Nurse Practitioners
- Ability to effectively manage wound programs and perform treatments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in wound care and wound management is a plus
- Advanced practice provider certification and relevant licensure
