About us
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in both English and Spanish, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who can handle a variety of duties, including customer service, phone calls, ordering auto parts, greeting customers, both in person and over the phone and assisting with sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication:
Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
Make outgoing calls to customers to collect payments, confirm appointments, follow up on services.
Welcome and greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or person as needed.
Order auto parts from suppliers and ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate inventory records of auto parts and monitor stock levels.
Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues with parts orders or deliveries.
Close the register at the end of each shift, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
Assist in showroom duties, including selling cars, completing customer transactions, and processing sales paperwork.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of auto parts and the automotive industry is a plus.
Proficiency with office equipment (phone systems, computers, etc.) and basic software applications (Word, Excel).
Ability to handle cash and register transactions accurately.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
