Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position requires proficiency in using Sage Construction Software to input, update, and maintain accurate project and financial data. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of Sage software for efficient management of project information. Additional responsibilities will include updating Menemsha’s Online Project Management System as requested.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience using Sage Construction Software or similar construction management software is a must.
- Strong understanding of construction industry processes, including job costing and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
