Job Summary:
Meneses Law is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for business decision-making.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to support strategic business decisions and improve operations.
- Create and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and validating data before analysis.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance data collection methods and refine reporting processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with statistical analysis and creating data-driven insights.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis software (Python, R, etc.).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation:
Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Education/ Experience:
- A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.

- Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
