Job Summary :
Meneses Law is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager to assist our marketing team. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing team in developing and executing impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize Social Media campaign effectiveness and report results.
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials such as advertisements, blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Assist on track expenditures and provide updates on marketing projects keeping a marketing calendar updated.
- Coordinate events, promotional activities, and community engagement efforts.
- Assist with developing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Be able to support the team to resolve urgent issues outside of business hours.
- Be a team member by maintaining accountability for individual tasks while ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.
- Possess a strong understanding of marketing analytics and mathematics, with expertise in applying advanced mathematical techniques to evaluate performance, forecast trends, interpret data, and optimize marketing strategies effectively.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
