Job Summary :
Meneses Law has an immediate opening for an experienced Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic law firm. Client Care Specialist will be an expert in understanding Meneses Law's services and will be responding to questions and queries about our services. The ideal candidate has top notch sales and excellent customer service experience who possess attention to detail, are goal driven, ethical, and dedicated professional.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and making them feel welcomed.
- Convert sales for our wide range of legal services.
- Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preference.
- Document sales by updating customer records.
- Stays up to date with sale trends for better services and achievement of sales
- Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
- Closing the sale and follow-up through telephone and email.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and work with management to implement improvements.
- Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team that will include weekly / monthly follow-up with clients after they retain to check in by telephone. You will document conversations and report to management with any concerns clients may have.
- Perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
