As a Network IT Helpdesk Specialist, you’ll be the front line for resolving network-related support issues. You’ll work directly with end users, own support tickets from start to finish, and use your networking knowledge to solve complex problems in Cisco environments.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems; delivering first-call resolution wherever possible
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VOIP systems
- Manage your ticket queue independently and follow through on all issues until resolution
- Work with Cisco networking technologies and tools, including Meraki dashboards
- Collaborate across teams to support infrastructure projects and ensure optimal network performance
- Document technical procedures and solutions to build internal knowledge
- Support additional helpdesk needs when ticket volume spikes or team availability shifts
What You Bring:
- 2 years of recent IT Helpdesk or Network Support experience
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing protocols)
- Experience with Cisco environments (switches, routers, VOIP)
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership of assigned work
Certifications:
- Required: CompTIA Network and/or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Preferred: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Bonus Experience:
- Google Admin Console, Office 365
- Mac and Windows device support
- Printer/peripheral support and VOIP system troubleshooting

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
