Menno Haven is seeking a Full-time Household Team Member to join our team! Our Household Team Members work collaboratively to create a home-like environment and encourage resident involvement. The Memory Care Homes at Menno Haven are designed for individuals who may have dementia and are in need of a safe, secure, family-centered environment.
What You'll Do :
- Provide personalized care and support in our Memory Care Houses
- Assist with daily activities of living, dining, housekeeping, and programming
- Create a home-like environment for residents with dementia
- Work collaboratively in a person-centered setting
