What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor, Full-time, 6a-6p position at Menno-Haven Inc?
Menno Haven is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team! Our RN’s help to ensure the daily clinical aspect of the nursing department is functioning to meet the needs of residents and team members. Additionally, RN’s administer and provide medications/treatments as ordered, perform resident assessments and use critical thinking skills. This role will direct and supervise the licensed nurses and nursing assistants on an assigned shift.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active, RN license in PA
- Current CPR certified, required
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
