What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Groundskeeper position at Menno-Haven Inc?
Menno Haven is seeking a seasonal Groundskeeper to join our team! The Groundskeeper will be responsible for general grounds and maintenance work that includes but is not limited to: grass cutting, landscaping, weeding, and pest control and event set-ups. This role will have interaction with residents, guests and team members of Menno Haven. The primary tasks for a seasonal groundskeeper includes, but is not limited to, edging, mulching, assisting with shrubbery trimming and event set-ups.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and good customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
