**MENNONITE HOUSING & REHABILITATION SERVICES is currently hiring for Maintenance Technicians in the Wichita Area**
A day as a Maintenance Technician includes:
Responsible for completion of make readies and work orders for individual units and the general upkeep and maintenance of the interior, exterior and grounds areas of the facility. Ensure the proper functioning of the mechanical systems of the facility.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment (REQUIRED).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail (REQUIRED).
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills (REQUIRED).
- 2 years of property maintenance or similar type of experience (PREFERRED).
- HVAC knowledge is a plus.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & VALID DRIVERS LICENSE (REQUIRED).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
