Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Excellent organizational abilities to plan coordinate and evaluate various activities
- Capacity to develop engaging programs that cater to residents' interest and promotes lifelong learning
- Capable of identifying challenges and developing practical solutions
- 2 years of experience in program planning or activities coordination is required, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Completion of a 36-hour SNF activities certification course is preferred.
- Associates or bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
