What We're Looking For :
- Possession of, or the ability to obtain a Food Handlers card within 30 days after hire.
- Related work experience in an institutional food service department or restaurant.
- One year of experience as a cook preferred.
- Must be able to inspect, taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability.
- Adaptability to dietary restrictions.
- Exhibits and ensures proper knife safety skills and handling techniques are used in the kitchen.
