What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Aide/Team Leader Part time weekends position at Mennonite Village?
We are looking for compassionate Med Aide/Team Leaders that are eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Shift will be 5PM-5:30AM Saturday and Sunday -Experience preferred. Pay $20.00 - $22.95 depending on experience - shift differential of an additional $1 for hours worked between 10PM & 6AM and an additional $1 for weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering routine medications to residents.
- Observe residents for adverse drug reactions.
- Ensuring accurate documentation
- Taking steps to lead the team and engaging in caregiving duties as needed.
- Acts as a point of contact for healthcare providers, staff, and family members regarding resident conditions and medical car
Qualifications
- Effectively engage and communicate with elderly population.
- Exhibit patience, tact, and willingness to handle challenging situations.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills, organization and self-motivation.
- Ability to accurately document in writing.
- Basic understanding of principles in pharmacology.
