What would you do as a Resident Assistant - FT- Swing shift
As a Resident Assistant at Mennonite Village, you'll dive into a fulfilling role where your compassion makes a world of difference! You'll be assisting with providing hygiene and general care, ensuring our residents' skin, hair, and faces are pampered and pristine. Assisting with daily activities like dressing, bathing, and grooming is all part of the fun, as you help residents maintain their independence. Your responsive nature will shine as you promptly address call lights and help residents with safety devices, promoting comfort and security. Meal prep and clean-up become a team effort, while you'll keep an eye on residents' health and report any changes you notice to the Team Leader or nurse.
