Join our team at Mennonite Village as a vital part of our culinary crew! In this exciting role, you'll assist in preparing delicious meals while adhering to all food safety regulations and policies. You'll take meal orders and ensure timely delivery, making authorized substitutions when necessary. Helping to check special diets, you'll follow meal plans with precision, ensuring portion control and the happiness of our residents.
Your tasks will include preparing and delivering snacks, setting up dining areas, and promptly clearing and resetting tables after each meal. You'll also ensure proper food storage, rotation, and labeling while discarding outdated items and reporting any faulty equipment. With a focus on maintaining a clean, safe workspace and completing daily cleaning tasks, you'll contribute to a nurturing and joyful dining experience for our residents.
