Responsibilities

- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote respectful behavior.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Provide literacy education that enhances reading and writing skills across various subjects.
- Collaborate with library services to enhance resource availability for students.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in classroom management and education administration is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
