Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role located in Chicago, IL for a Front Desk Staff position. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls with proper etiquette, performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves managing communication with clients.
The schedule is as follows:
Fridays 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturdays 10:30am to 6:30pm
Sundays 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Competency in Computer Literacy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in Hospitality or Customer Service are advantageous
