What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Swim Assistant Coach position at Menomonie Area School District?
Menomonie High School Girls’ Swim Team needs an assistant coach. This position is to begin on or around August 12, 2025. The position requires knowledge of swimming, the ability to communicate that knowledge in a manner appropriate to high school student athletes, and the best interest of Menomonie athletes in mind when making decisions. Experience as a swimmer/coach beyond high school is preferred. Priority will be given to applicants who have experience with dive.
The successful candidate will have a belief that sportsmanship is critical to the success of the program and will have the ability to work and communicate with other coaches, administration and the community, as well as be a team player. Schedule and practices will be discussed at the interview. The position is open until filled with first review of applications to occur on May 5, 2025. EOE.
