We are currently looking for a culinary professional with at least two years of experience managing fast-paced operations to manage our deli. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proven ability to work well with others and will be eager to learn and grow as part of our co-operative. The Deli Manager will supervise the daily operations of the deli, prepare and serve food in a sanitary and safe environment, and ensure that all employees are correctly following health and safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Directing daily tasks of employees
- Managing department schedule
- Ordering ingredients for deli inventory
- Organizing, scheduling and completing catering orders
- Treat customers and employees with respect.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Be in charge of kitchen equipment cleanliness and safety.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
