SAMSON NURSING CENTER at Menorah Life:

- Pay Differential, additional $2.00 per hour for evening & night shifts AND

- Pay Differential for CNAs, additional $3.75 per hour for Sat and Sun shifts, if regularly scheduled to work EVERY Sat & Sun.

Nursing Department:

· CNAs $18hr (FT, PT or Weekends) – all shifts

· LPNs $29hr (FT, PT or Weekends) – all shifts

3-11:30pm shift – multiple openings

· RNs $32hr (FT, PT or Weekends) – all shifts

3-11:30pm shift – multiple openings

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our team at Menorah Life. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care to seniors, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of excellence in senior healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to seniors in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida CNA license.
• Compassionate approach to caring for seniors with diverse needs.
• Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
