The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care delivery. The CNC assists with staff scheduling, manages labor, and provides recommendations related to interviewing and selecting new staff. They also collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
