The HCA Nurse Residency Program at Menorah Medical Center offers advanced clinical training, preceptorship, and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders. As an RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient condition, performing procedures, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment, and other certifications as required during employment. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State are also essential.
