Responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist by providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon completion of the evaluation and plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Must be a graduate of an accredited OTA Program and have current New York State OTA License. Experience in long term care is preferred.
