Responsibilities:
Establishing standard menu options and recipes
Ordering food and supplies
Oversee the kitchen and line staff
Oversee catering events
Scheduling staff hours
Requirments/Experience:
Experience working in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility
Supervisory skills-required
Experience with working in a Union environment
Line cook-required
