We are a fast growing group of Concierge Urology practices seeking a sales manager in our Memphis office to oversee our office to help patients choose the right treatment, and grow our practice through reaching out to patients by phone, email and text.
You'll be managing an extremely busy practice and we need you to help us level up our patient satisfaction and ultimately our sales. Looking for the right person who can help our medical sales team perform better by training, retooling, and leveling up. We have thousands of patients and we are looking at helping those patients continue on their treatment plans by reordering and adding additional treatment to their plans.
**As part of your training you must be able to travel and train on the road in August and September(travel/hotel expenses paid)**
Skills
- Proven inside sales management experience
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone presence and experience with phone sales
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
