**Duties:**
- Using physician-led guidance - coordinate patient care activities to help patients choose a plan that could transform their lives.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide administrative support in a medical office environment
- Assist in managing medical administrative tasks to enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient care services
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology is highly desirable
- Strong office and administrative skills are essential for this role
- Previous experience in providing medical administrative support is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and protocols is advantageous
