We are currently hiring dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Direct Care Professionals to work one-on-one with adults living with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by teaching and supporting individuals with essential life skills to help them live independently in the community.
As a Direct Care Professional, you will assist consumers with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, medication management, grocery shopping, budgeting, and more. You’ll also document progress and services provided during each visit.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
