The Mental Health Association is hiring immediately for motivated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential team. Direct Care Workers are entry level and require no previous experience. We are looking for individuals who want to be actively involved in helping people live their best life.
The direct care worker is responsible for supporting residents with the completion of daily living activities such as meal preparation, household maintenance, transportation, and active engagement in the individuals treatment plan.
Direct Care Worker Required Knowledge and Skills
· Valid driver’s license, sufficient automobile insurance, acceptable driving record, and a safe reliable vehicle during working hours.
