The Mental Health Association of Frederick County is seeking a dedicated and experienced Crisis Program Manager to oversee program development, staff supervision, and data collection for our Walk-in and Crisis Stabilization services. This role ensures service quality, program effectiveness, and compliance with grant requirements while also engaging with community partners. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, independent clinical licensure, and experience in crisis programming and supervision.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, including decision-making under pressure, crisis management, staff mentorship and development, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This position requires flexibility to support a 24/7 crisis response team and is considered essential personnel.
