We're hiring immediately for motivated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential team. Direct Care Workers are entry level and require no previous experience (must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a safe/reliable vehicle to be eligible for hire). We are looking for individuals who want to be actively involved in helping people live their best life.
Direct Care Workers are responsible for supporting residents with the completion of daily living activities such as meal preparation, household maintenance, transportation, and active engagement in the individual's treatment plan.
This is a full-time position, 1st Shift, Tues-Sat 7am-3pm
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have sufficient auto insurance, with your name listed on the policy as an insured driver
- Must have a safe, reliable vehicle to utilize during work hours
- Must have an acceptable driving record (no more than 3 violations within the past 3 years)
- Must be able to pass a background/CORI check
