What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Direct Care position at Mental Health Association - Western MA?
We're seeking Direct Care workers for 2nd Shift positions in one of our Integrated and Community Living (ICL) programs. The ICL division provides residential, outreach, and emergency supports to individuals who are funded through the Department of Developmental Disabilities. These supports are person-centered and offer opportunities for individuals to enhance their independent living skills. Each individual is encouraged to participate in meaningful community engagement and integration in an effort to follow their dreams.
OPEN SHIFTS:
- 24 hours: Tues/Weds/Fri 3p-11p
- 16 hours: Sat/Sun 3p-11p
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have sufficient automobile insurance
- Must have an acceptable driving record
- Must have a safe and reliable vehicle to use during working hours
