Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at the Mental Health Association. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Respond to call lights and provide timely assistance to residents
- Transport patients safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and equipment
- Manage supply levels and ensure adequate inventory
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- Prior experience as a Nurse Aide, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver is an asset
Work Schedule:
- Full-time positions offer a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and 12-hour shifts
- Part-time positions available with rotating weekends and holidays
- Flexible PRN scheduling also available
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18 - $20 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials and clinical premiums
- Full-time positions offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus
