- Provide dental care and patient education
- Establish departmental policies and supervise dental staff
- Participate in quality assurance programs and peer reviews
- Engage in community outreach with dental hygienists
- Flexibility to work at various locations and some evenings/weekends
- Current Nebraska dental license and DDS degree
- Leadership experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of PCMH and FQHC models
- Effective communication skills
- Active BLS certification and 30 hours of CE every 2 years
